A.R. Rahman - C.B.I Yenge theda chollu konjam...

This thought just started floating on my mind when I saw the snap of A.R. Rahman on LazyGeek and while listening to one of his top number 'Poongatrile Un Swasathai..' from 'Uyire'. He started to move around the world, not just Bollywood, Hollywood too. We welcome. We wish u to reach the top. It's really a great proud for us. But why the oftenness in Tamil is reduced in a drastic manner. I hope, 'Ayudha Ezhuthu' was his last Tamil film. More over, Shankar opted Harris and Super Star picked up Vidya Sagar instead of A.R for their new project's. Do you think this is enough for Tamil? We don't think so.

We expect your visit ASAP with the melodic musical.

GOD = Nature. err.. Nature = GOD
Before I start, this is not a travelogue. These are just my experience with Nature.

Place - We went to a 2 day trip. It's a place called Thenmala situated in God's Own Country, Kerala.

We were told that the next is Boating.. as usual, I thought it is one another boating in a hill station, here also it is not an exception. But got punished for my thoughts. It was one of the amazing boat travel in my life. It was a huge boat, which can accomodate nearly 100 people(down and upside). Upside it was open. Chairs were there for u to grasp the nature. Boat inspired me a lot. We went direcly to upside. The view which I got was, amazing. It was like how Madhu bala will open her eyes with sudden excitement in "Pudhu vellai mazhai" in Roja. It was like that. Fully covered by green giants, Mountains. We are inside the mountain bowl. Wow, great experience ever had in my life. Boat started moving slowly.. A song came in to my mind "thalattudhe vaanam, thalladudhe megam, thaalaamal thalai meedhu kaar mega kalyanam, idhu kaar kaala sandosham". I was floating in the hands of GOD.

Another attack in this time, a sudden rain started. Not in our side. It was raining in the stone throw distance. We are ready to touch the rain. We touched it. We were blessed by the rain. Romantic encounter by mountains, stands in the mid-river, fully covered by black clouds, attacked by rain. Rupees, Dollars, Euros, Cents will/can not give this.. I hope, here is where GOD says, what is life and where is life?

Pachai Manidhan - A Brave Effort
'Ini Cauvery aatrai kadakka oodam thevai illai, ottagam podhum'

'Pachai Manidhan', a film for the Cauvery delta farmers and for the people who survive by Cauvery. The above phrase, now is just a forecast. But in the near future, it might become true.

Sharath Surya, who drives the show, the director of the movie. He should be appreciated for his first footmark and for his society awareness. I am sure this is not just another movie. This will make a difference. Also this movie's success will not be focused on the collection but on the successful flick on cauvery dispute.

Guys you can make it. All the best.

Vivek n PrakashRaj in Radio Mirchi

Unnodu naan irundha ovvoru mani thuliyum, marana padukkaiyilum marakkadhu kanmaniye...

Yesterday, Vivek mimics as Vairamuthu and speaks over phone with Prakashraj in Radio Mirchi. It's a small entertainer called 'Bondrangan'. Prakashraj didn't able to recognize Vivek, and chats with him as though he is speaking with Kaviarasu. Nice show. Prakashraj told 'Unnodu...' ,from Iruvar in the same way it used in the film, 'it fetched me the National Award, this is because of your lines'.

Yes, it's worth for appreciation.
Thai film speaks Tamil
Just to pass the time and not interested in any other movies, I was in the theatre which plays Enter The New Dragon, acted by Tony Jaa. One more story of a Martial Arts guru. But these kind of movies gets unique appreciation only when the hero's are unusual. ETND, tries to stand. Tony Jaa, did a better job with his talent. Specially the chasing sequence and the climax.

A special mention to behind-the-scene personalities in this film. The characters speak Tamil. Hero known by the name 'PAANDI', his friend 'ARIVAZHAGAN', villain 'MARI' and their village is called 'ATHANOOR'. These names and the comical dialogues changes the main stream of the movie.

Since every producer in Tamil cinema is now aims at Action movie, this Thai movie would be a better watch for time being with 50% Lollu and 50% Dillu.

KB - Nagesh duo
One another week-end for me at my home town. As expected, I was watching TV. Keep on changing the channels, waiting to stop at one, which attracts me. Yes. Got it. Punniyam goes to my local cablewala. "Ethir Neechal" on the screen.

Always KB impress me with his characterisation and story narration. He believes his characters and not anything else. We can never say why this character has come? He just rocks with the so called character 'Irumal Thatha'. Narrated this character only with a lightly opened door, a written name and a 'lok, lok' voice. The entire movie, except one scene, were on the indoor, with only one 'Ondi Kudithanam' set. This tells, the confidence in him about his characters and story. Maadi Padi Madhu (Nagesh), explodes the legendry act. A perfect cocktail of sogam plus humour.

It's true, KB is really a 'Sigaram' of directors.
